WARRANTY TO THE
SCOOTER DEALER

1. WARRANTY PERIOD:
All SYM scooters, submitted to normal use and maintenance, will be under warranty to the first owner from the date of delivery against defects and materials according to the first term, for either periods described below or 20,000 kilometers and the conditions described below.

1-1. Framework and electrical parts:
a warranty period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

1-2. Engine parts:
a warranty period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
